Advisory

Clarity, then
movement.

No packages, because no two businesses arrive with the same problem. This is the ground covered. What gets built from it depends on what's actually needed.

Direction

Where the business is going, and whether the current plan gets it there. Strategy and commercial planning, market and competitor work, pricing, proposition, and honest sizing of an opportunity before money goes chasing it.

Operations

How work moves through the business. Process mapping and simplification, systems and tooling, project delivery, and stripping out the small recurring frictions that quietly cost more than any single large problem.

People and structure

Organisational design, role clarity, hiring plans, and support for leaders carrying more than they should. Often the point where a business needs a hire rather than a strategy, which is where Pulse Placements picks up.

Brand and visibility

Positioning, messaging, and the words themselves. What's actually being sold, to whom, and how to say it so it lands. Including writing the website, deck or launch copy when that's what's holding everything up.

Raising and investor readiness

Story, numbers and room, aligned. Pitch decks and narrative, data room preparation, rehearsal and pressure-testing, and introductions where the fit is genuine rather than convenient.

The plan isn't the deliverable. The change is.

Strategy that stays on a slide is expensive decoration. Every engagement ends with something specific to start, stop or change, and support through the part where people actually have to do it.

Engagements

Sized to the problem.

A day

One focused session on a specific question, with a written summary and clear next steps within 48 hours. For when the problem is already understood and what's needed is a decision, not a discovery phase.

A project

Defined scope, timeline and outcome. Most engagements sit here, typically a few weeks to a few months.

Ongoing

A standing arrangement for leaders who want a consistent outside perspective. Set time each month, used as needed. Advisory, delivery, or simply somewhere to think out loud.

Scope and terms are agreed in writing before anything begins. No hourly creep. No surprises.

Next

Describe what's stuck.

The first conversation is free and useful either way. If it isn't the right work for PULSE, you'll be told so.
