About

Every organisation
has a rhythm.

Its people, its ideas, its purpose, the ambition driving it forward. When a business is working, you can feel it. When it isn't, you feel that first too, long before it shows up in the numbers.

Cece, Founder at PULSE, working through a client brief by hand

The magic is rarely in the big idea. It's in the thousand small decisions that refuse to betray it.

CeceFounder at PULSE

The work

PULSE finds that rhythm, reads it, and helps it get stronger. Sometimes that means shaping a new idea. Sometimes steadying foundations that have started to shift. Sometimes bringing clarity when everything feels stuck, or finding the one person who makes the whole thing move again.

The approach is bottom up. Time goes to the people actually doing the work, because that is where the honest picture lives and where most of the answers already are. What comes back is practical: things to start, change or stop. Not a framework to admire.

Success is never only about strategy, systems or CVs. It's about people, and what they do when someone finally pays attention.

Depth

Inside businesses. Not observing them.

Operating, building, restructuring and hiring across technology, media, film and television, music, healthcare, financial services, property, hospitality and sport. Not advising from the outside. Doing the job, in the room, when it counted.

Behind PULSE

Range

A studio, a clinic, a fund and a founder's first ten hires all run on different logic. Having worked across all of them is why PULSE doesn't arrive with a template.

Reach

Clients and searches run globally. Europe, North America, the Middle East and further. Remote as standard, in person where it changes the outcome, across time zones without making that anyone else's problem.

Discretion

Much of this work involves confidential businesses, private individuals and searches that never become public. That discretion runs both ways, which is why no client names or case studies appear here. Background, credentials and references are shared directly, in confidence, at the first conversation.

Independence

No parent company. No sales targets. No incentive to recommend work that isn't needed. Engagements are taken only where there's something real to contribute, and declined, with a pointer elsewhere, where there isn't.

Next

The rest is best said in person.

Most good work here began as a conversation with no agenda attached.
